My Story

After acting and singing my way through Stanford University, I began my career writing business stories for leadership icon Tom Peters and Silicon Valley influencer Guy Kawasaki, but Hollywood beckoned.
I’d dreamed my entire life of being an actress, so when I got onto the gameshow “Hollywood Squares,” I was thrilled. But when the camera light went on, I freaked out in panic in front of millions of TV viewers. And ugly cried for a year. I vowed, I wouldn’t let a single day ruin my dreams. So I found mentors, took classes and after many Hollywood hard knocks as an actress and producer, I landed acting roles on hit shows such as Boston Legal, Parenthood and the Shield (ABC, NBC, FX). I also went on to produce educational media for 2 decades, winning multiple Parents’ Choice awards. I learned how to replace self-doubt with confidence. Anyone can make a confidence comeback.
Today I blend my educational expertise, storytelling and stage presence to design and deliver engaging coaching and training.
